Registering with Facebook

These instructions are for the old themes. If you are using a new theme, please use these instructions instead.

Facebook Connect must be enabled in your forum for a user to log in with Facebook.

A new user can register an account on your forum using Facebook by following the instructions below:

1. View your forum.
2. Click the Register link.
3. Click the Login with Facebook button.
4. In the popup that opens, follow the instructions to give permission and log in with Facebook.

An existing user can connect their account to Facebook by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your forum account.
2. Click the Control Panel link.
3. Click the Preferences tab.
4. Click the Connect with Facebook button.
5. In the popup that opens, follow the instructions to give permission and log in with Facebook.
